1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Forspace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Forspace. Each individual is permitted to create only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Package Purchases

All package purchases are non-refundable. Each package has a specific validity period after which it expires. Unused earnings or benefits do not carry over after package expiration. You may hold only one active package at a time unless otherwise specified.

5. Commission Structure

• Direct Commission: Earn 10% commission on Basic, Silver, Gold, and Diamond packages, and 12% on Platinum packages from your direct referrals.
• Level Commission: Earn multi-level commissions: Level 1 (8%), Level 2 (6%), Level 3 (4%), Level 4 (3%), Level 5 (2%), Levels 6-7 (1.5%), and Levels 8-10 (1%).
• Binary Commission: Earn pair matching commissions based on the weaker leg's business volume. Each package has a specific pair value.
• Matching Bonus: Earn matching bonuses on your downlines' commissions. The percentage depends on your rank and package.
• Daily Income: Earn daily passive income based on your package tier. Daily earnings are credited to your wallet automatically.

6. Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal amount is $10. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Processing fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: spamming, creating fake accounts, attempting to manipulate the commission system, engaging in fraudulent activities, using automated bots or scripts, and any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forspace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your package.

9. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the platform or through other communication channels. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
